In order for your request to comply with copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code), only five articles may be borrowed from any given journal title during each calendar year. The Library must pay for the sixth and any subsequent requests. In order to fall within the scope of Fair Use, the materials you obtain must be used for research, education, and non-commercial purposes. The NCAR Library reserves the right to refuse an ILL request if it appears that fulfillment would be a violation of copyright.
